What you can do with Marketing Automation: Step by step towards more engagement
Someone has joined your association! A big step. However, there are still some steps between starting a membership and becoming actively involved. Take someone with a handy journey through all the possibilities to be involved. Has anyone already registered for an activity in the meantime? With the if/else option you ensure that that person receives a different email than the person who has not yet taken any further steps.
You are going to raise funds for a new project. And experience shows: one call is often not enough. That's why you want to be able to remind people who haven't donated yet. By setting up a journey you can automatically send a follow-up email when someone has not donated to the project after, for example, three weeks. Has anyone donated yet? Then you send out a call to inform friends about the campaign.
Let your relations know that you appreciate them. With an email on or around their birthday or a warm offer for volunteers celebrating an anniversary. By setting up emails based on a 'repeating date', you no longer have to worry about sending these emails (daily).
Has someone not made any changes to their profile in a long time? By setting up a journey to clean up profile data, you can easily keep your CRM up to date.
